Enhanced Exercise: Monday-Wednesday-Friday, 9:00 A.M. (Activity Room 3) - Evidence-based exercise program helps older adults at all levels of fitness become more active, energized, and empowered to sustain independent lives. Based on solid research and tested at over 80 sites around the country, Enhance Fitness focuses on stretching, flexibility, balance, low impact aerobics, and strength training exercises—everything health professionals say that people need to maintain health and function as they grow older.
Cardio Drumming: Monday, 2:00 P.M. (Activity Room 3) – Brings together drumsticks, and an exercise ball, to create one of the most fun workouts you’ll ever do. Using the exercise ball and the floor as your drum, mixing in fun moves, cardio drumming turns keeping a rhythm into a workout you won’t want to stop.
Chair Exercises: Wednesday, 11:00 A.M. (Day Service Program) – join the group, exercise is structed and low impact so everyone can participate
Line Dance: Thursday, 12:30 P.M. (Activity Room 3) – is a choreographed dance with a repeated sequence of steps in which a group of people dance in one or more lines or rows. If you have never taken a line dance class, then this class is for you.
